The Company reserves the right to modify the structure, features, branding, or scope of the Service at any time.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Access to certain features of the Service may require registration of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, remove content, or limit access to the Service at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
QuikrSignal provides AI-assisted tools for hiring, including job description generation, interview question generation, video-based AI interviews, candidate sourcing, evaluation systems, summaries, analytics, and related services. The Company may modify, replace, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability.
Employers using the Service acknowledge that all hiring decisions are made solely at their discretion and risk. AI-generated content, including job descriptions, interview questions, scores, and summaries, is assistive in nature and must be independently reviewed before use. Employers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable employment, labor, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws. ${COMPANY_NAME} does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, or performance.
Candidates participating in interviews agree that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. By participating, candidates consent to recording, processing, automated analysis, and evaluation of their responses. Candidates acknowledge that AI systems may be used to assess responses and generate derived insights. Submission of false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform or restriction of access.
Candidates retain ownership of the original content they submit through the Service, including video responses, written answers, and other interview materials ("Candidate Content"). By participating in an interview on QuikrSignal, you grant QuikrSignal a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:
QuikrSignal will not display or publish Candidate Content in publicly accessible areas of the website without your separate, explicit consent. Where separate consent is provided for showcase or promotional use, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, subject to reasonable processing time.
Employers are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to view and use Candidate Content solely for internal hiring and evaluation purposes. Employers do not obtain ownership of Candidate Content, interview recordings, AI-generated evaluations, or any related intellectual property. Employers may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or use interview materials outside the QuikrSignal platform without prior written permission.
All interview frameworks, question structures, scoring systems, AI models, summaries, analytics, and platform technology are and remain the exclusive intellectual property ofQuikrSignal.
The Service relies on artificial intelligence and automated systems. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Scoring and summaries are assistive tools and do not constitute professional, legal, or employment advice. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on platform outputs. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, performance, or accuracy of the Service.
Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, analysis, and transfer of data necessary for operation of the platform. The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards but does not guarantee absolute security of data.
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, billing structures, or payment terms at any time in its sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuikrSignal and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to the Company.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and QuikrSignal agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted. You waive any right to participate in a class action or to a jury trial.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, QuikrSignal may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) month after it arises or it is permanently barred.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA, unless otherwise determined by the Company.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
